Hand Care by Natural Means


Hands are most important part of your body after your face. They work out a lot and need same degree of care as your face. Signs of aging like discoloration and dryness also appear first on hands then your neck and face.




So here are some natural tips for your hands:

For Dry hands:
  • For hydration of your hands, always use your latex gloves before going to wash your dishes. If the gloves are not available, then add some drops of almond oil in your dish wash water.
  • For dry hands, made a mixture of following ingredients: 

Glycerin                2 table spoons
                                       Egg yolk                     1
    Lemon juice            5 table spoons

Apply this solution on your hands and massage it gently for 6-7 minutes. Then wash your hands.
  • Moisturise your hands with olive oil daily.
  • Apply Vaseline daily before going to bed on your hands. It will help to soften your hands
  • Rub the back of your hand with another hand one by one. This is very effective in maintaining a healthy blood flow in your hands.
  • Add some cream, lemon juice in 4 table spoons of sugar juice and massage this solution gently on your hands.
