To get stronger and whiter teeth:
- Eat strawberries. Strawberry has a natural bleaching agent for your teeth.

- Use apple cider vinegar in your salads. It is anti bacterial product and very helpful for a healthy teeth.

- Quit your smoking and drinking habits if you want to get whiter teeth. Smoking is hazardous to your teeth.
- Avoid excessive use of tea, coffee and caffeine.
